This is a problem created by the DemoncRATs in the Senate. Maybe the Government can garnish the Senate wages to pay for it. Why should OPT have to use his paycheck, which he doesn’t take, to pay for it? It already goes to worthwhile causes.

Good Idea! These elected officials are supposed to be carrying out “the will of the people”. But I can’t imagine there are very many people that want to send money to Zimbabwe for transvestite training.
