Bi polar is not an excuse. Why isn’t she institutionalized? What’s to stop her from trying again and possibly succeeding?! She should have gotten a minimum of 5 years with no credits. This isn’t fair to the victim. What is wrong with these judges?! It definitely pays to be a criminal in NY. Victims are getting screwed daily. 🤬🤬🤬
Even 10 years wasn’t enough for this despicable piece of lowlife garbage. I was right, she is black. The judge may be black also. I could not find a photo with a name attachment. Hope the officer was OK and is recuperating. These are the types who should be thrown in jail for life. Here are all she was allegedly charged with First-degree attempted assault, attempted aggravated assault upon a police officer,
Second-degree assault, Second-degree reckless endangerment, Operating a vehicle while ability impaired by drugs, Reckless driving
