Communication was Tried in New Harmony, Indiana during the founding of our country. Didn’t work then and will not work now. I grew up during WW2 when there were ration stamps. We could get one pair of shoes a year. Went barefoot all summer so we could have shoes go school. I was fortunate because we had a garden, a cow, and chickens so we had food but many people were limited because food was rationed too.
