Why don’t you run for office then if you think you could manage the cesspool yourself? It’s easy to criticize when you’re not in someone else’s shoes. Not sure you’d stay in a job once you realize there’s nothing you can do to fix what’s broken before it drains your soul.
Unbelievable, these republicans are jumping ship left and right. They can’t take the heat or are so afraid of the democrats they think it’s better to just back away. Trump kept coming back because he actually believed he could make a difference, I guess these republicans didn’t believe enough. They turn on Trump rather then fight, I hope they can live with it if this country goes back to the Dems.

I think that many republicans go into positions in the federal government believing that they can make a positive difference to fight against radical democrats. But once they get there they quickly realize how broken things are and they either go along to get along while sacrificing their morals for things they can’t fix or leave for their own sanity.
All running like rats. None of them have the goolies to stand up for our country.
