  1. So again we are out sourcing our food consumption. A lot of the meat issues is over regulating. Asking farmers to pay for green new deals and carbon issues..
We are a consumption country and not a producing one. We export for processing and buy from foreign lands

  2. He needs to work on opening more meat packing companies than just the 4 major ones we have. Get back to beef here in our country

  3. I hope it is just temporary until we get our beef supply up. I usually buy from one of our local producers. The Angus beef is grass-fed without hormones. Better than store bought by a long shot. But it cost more!

  4. Hell NO!! I buy and eat locally grown USA meat that’s grass fed and grass finished. Period. Take your Argentina meat and shove it! American ranchers and farmers only!

  5. Give families who can’t afford $6.69 for a pound of hamburger a chance. I believe in supporting American farmers but when meat reaches a level that the average family can no longer buy it then it is time to do something.

  6. I hope it’s going to be labeled that it’s from Argentina. I usually buy from a local farm but occasionally get a pound from the grocery store. It would be better if Trump made it easier for local farmers rather than import.

  7. Stop buying your meat from the grocery store. Buying direct from a small ranch is not only way cheaper, due to the smaller operation, but the meat is far healthier than the USDA Big Ag controlled massive size ranches who feed crap to their herds and poke them with all sorts of bad things that you eat.

  8. With the price of beef sky rocketing, something has to be done. The average cost of hamburger used to be around 3 dollars now between 7 – 10 dollars a lb, which is Rediculous! Production of Beef processed in the United States has held steady over the last 8 years, since 2018 at 27 billion lbs a year. But, like everything else, it’s nothing but price gouging, these companies raising their prices for bigger profits. And, it’s everything, everybody from simple services. My Shih Tzu used to be 25.00, now it’s 60.00 dollars for her Grooming. It has raised dramatically over the last 4 years. Everyone is in the get rich quick scheme. Caring less about affordability for everyone!
