Tina Peters needs to be treated like a hero, not a criminal! However, the CO courts and judges convicted and imprisoned her. President Trump rightfully pardoned Peters of the federal “crimes.” But, he cannot pardon the state “crimes.” So, from what I understand, ONLY THE GOVERNOR OF COLORADO can pardon Tina or move her to a facility where her needs can be met. Our judicial system is broken when killers are loose and innocents are wrongly imprisoned!
I thought Trump couldn’t pardon her. That’s what I had heard.
Yes, the last article about her said Trump couldn’t pardon her bc it was a state crime, not federal. Hmm….
