If what this alleged boyfriend says is true and he knew she was going to shoot and suicide…charge him with being an accessory to the murder/suicide!
Another mentally ill kid, this has become a huge problem in schools, think the schools need to star a program to identified students with mental issues. This might help to give kids the necessary treatments to help them manage their problems.
Much of the mental problems can be directly linked to the jabs forced into them
This manifesto sounds like a huge “WHAAA” fest to me by an immature kid who blamed everything in her life on her parents and school mates (friends/bullies) in school! We all dealt with unkind people in school, but most of us dealt with it, and didn’t plan a school shooting! Sorry, maybe she did have Mental illness, but I hear a lot of feeling sorry for herself in her manifesto!
