Didn’t know federal judges could control the military . They have their own tribunal. This judge just stepped over the line. Military and civil service are completely different. He has zero authority over what or how the military does or doesn’t do. This again will be struck down and sorry but this judge needs firing for having the audacity to interfere with the military. They have their own judges and lawyers. Wtf is jag for if not to try or not to try military personnel. And once in the military they can come after you anytime.
