I watch podcasts from Andrew Branca a lot. He’s a very knowledgeable attorney who dives deep into the legality (or lack there of) on many issues. Have learned more than I ever wanted to know! 🥴😆 He’s talked about how to remove these activist judges. Impeachment is a lengthy cumbersome procedure, however there is a quick easy way.
The constitution does not specifically give the term of judgeship except for the SCOTUS. It’s assumed that federal judges have lifetime appointments but they can be removed. Impeachment requires proof of high crimes or misdemeanors. Then removal by the legislature. There’s also another way they can be removed- by exhibiting “bad behavior”. I can’t recall the exact process but it’s basically one and done. IMO (and Branca’s) releasing criminal illegal aliens to run amok on the streets is definitely bad behavior.

That judge should be held accountable for the release and if they commit another crime the judge should be sued & disbarred
