I’m confused why people are surprised that Musk is just human. If you have followed anything with musk you would know he is not perfect and makes many mistakes especially in his personal life if the stories are true… Why can’t musk and Vivick be awesome at doge and horrible with their opinions about immigration? Two things can happen. I don’t want either of those men doing surgery on me either but I’d trust them to balance my accounts.

The fear is these two men have Trumps ear and admiration and he will side with them.
If anyone has been paying attention Trump though says we need mass deportations always says we will start with the criminals and really bad people. Out hope is his rederic would be real. Ann Coulter told Vivek in his face she would not vote for him because he is Indian. She explained thst though he was born in the USA he was only one generation and most likely held onto values of India. Well she was right about Vivek and Elon. Both have foreign parents and are one generation present in the USA.

I recall several years ago that some labor statistic said that there would be 125,00 US college grads looking for jobs while something like 200,000 H1B imports were being allowed who would effectively take jobs from new grads because they work for less. Those IS grads would have to flip burgers just to try and pay their bills.
I graduated several decades ago with a double major- archaeology (went on to get an MA) and biology with botany emphasis. Graduated magna cum laude, and that’s with 4 minors. I studied with students of many subjects and for the most part, they were studious and devoted. But I’ll bet many wound up selling used cars because they were aced out of jobs by imported workers.
U.S. jobs must go to US citizens first and foremost. Too many are crushed by the weight of imported workers being given preferential treatment and jobs. The H1B system must be either shut down or hugely reduced.
An additional note: heard on yesterdays Levin radio show that EVERY immigrant costs the taxpayer at least $68,000 per year due to almost all of the receiving some kind of welfare. Then there’s the Biden open borders where probably 20-25 million have invaded solely to ride on the backs of taxpayers. Housing crisis? What do you expect when migrants are given “free” or “low cost” housing? The stand in host for Levin said that works out to around 4.4 MILLION units of affordable housing being taken away from US citizens. Send every one of them packing.
Well I can’t say I don’t understand but America first needs to be just that. I am not against immigration as my wife is a legal resident in our country. But there are plenty of American people capable to do the job. They may charge a bit more but tech jobs should pay better considering the revenue being earned in the category. I am Pro MAGA! But today I deleted my X accounts due to the free speech infringement and the use of algorithms to censor opinions. I reopened accounts after the election due to Trump winning and the thought of having a platform that people can say it like it is without the censoring, shadow banning, throttling of the system. Time to stand up. I know I am only one person and Elon can afford to lose money but if enough jump off then it might open his eyes a bit. I am seeing a replay of 2019- today starting to occur on X. Not going to partake in the platform if potential censorship is going to happen. Toodles!

I call tech support and an Indian says, “Hello my name is Bob how can I help you?” I can’t understand them anywhere.
