The incoming President should build a border wall around the state of Delaware with the materials that remain. Then he should start the construction of barriers ( similar to Gov. Abbots in the Rio Grand ) around Martha’s Vineyard and construct a toll booth at the crossing with the toll being $100,000 to get on or off the island. He should also ban flights of civilian aircraft and private boats anywhere near the island.
