How can an Article 3 judge overrule an Article 2 immigration court judge when Article 2 places immigration issues NOT with Article 3 judges, but solely with Article 2s? Immigration falls under Article 1, the legislature, to make the laws, and Article 2, the executive branch, to enforce the laws.
