It makes you wonder. When everyone is admitting that Biden doesn’t have the mental faulties to do his job that somehow we receive news everyday of another step he is taking to block the new administration and what their agenda is. So if it can be proven that he didn’t actually make these decisions but some of his administration is doing so, wouldn’t that be illegal and wouldn’t that negate any decision that was made in his name? We have never, to my knowledge, been in this position before where we were aware that the president is failing mentally and physically. There is something very wrong here.
I’m no lawyer but I do know about non compos mentis. An individual with compromised mental facilities can not sign a contract, make legal decisions or even decide how their assets are used. It’s out there now- Biden has been cognitively compromised since day 1. EVETYTHING and ANYTHING he’s signed should be null and void! … especially now!

Must have had a mouth full of dick and bubblegum. What a pathetic, useless, brain-dead old fossil. I have never in my lifetime seen an outgoing president do such nasty things as he is doing. It’s obama having his last hurrah, because joe sure isn’t making decisions. He can’t figure out when it’s time to wipe his own ass.
Sense we know current president is not of sound mind he should not be signing anything with authority just because someone says sign this. Next election I won’t forget what democrates did on their way out of office to this country.
