There’s plenty of evidence including his own admission of guilt. This really shouldn’t be a difficult case. Justifying the death penalty shouldn’t be difficult either since this involved his own adoption of radical ideology, planning and forethought. He had a stable upbringing and no history of mental illness prior to this act.
This is a distraction to get death off the table. Bleeding heart liberals want to rehabilitate this cold blooded killer. He deserves the death penalty. Why foot the bill to keep in prison for life? He killed a father of two young children because they had different viewpoints!! He made Charlie’s wife a widower because of different viewpoints. Let that really sink in! What’s that saying…” live by the sword die by the sword” in this case it would be a gun. Find a death penalty defense lawyer and get it done.
