The postal worker should face harsher charges than what was posted. The child could have been severely injured or killed because of his actions. He could have called the police, he didn’t have to target the child with a postal vehicle. He is not law enforcement!
Child should be reprimanded as well. What the postal worker did does not negate what the kid did. What if the kid is a serial porch pirate? What if the kid is being directed and exploited by some loathsome adult? Wouldn’t authorities want to know to help save the kid?
