I believe this was indeed intentional to appease those of us who believe these “judges” should be held accountable, but after this farce, it will never happen. Shame on Pam Bondi for not looking at this filing before it was sent. Some things are too important to leave to other employees and this was one of those things.
I am beginning to think the DOJ is incompetent. The Judge was also on the FISA court. Bondi either goes or hires better lawyers. What a crock.

I agree but I would appeal the ruling from, this also, political “judge”.
The buck may stop with Bondi but you can’t discount the possibility of another scumbag judge protecting his own.
