Sometimes you can’t make this stuff up. How STUPID is the magistrate to let him out on his own recognigsance thinking he’s not a flight risk. Leaving Illinois and going through Indiana to who knows where. We need some Common Sense…it is in short supply.
These judges are, themselves, criminals!! They should be charged and arrested for aiding and abetting!! It’s hard for me to accept that these judges have so much power over our lives!!
Ignore that scumbag judge. Use the Laken Riley Act which was just signed. That illegal was involved in retail theft. When he gets out, hold him on an ICE detainer and go judge shopping.

Can’t the AHole who ordered his release be fired? Clearly he does not believe in the Rule of law. Judges take an oath to uphold the law. Not make up or twist the law.
I wish judges that break the law could be prosecuted. We are obviously not playing on the same team.
