So Assistant Director michael plati is retiring. Does this mean he is now exempt from appearing in front of Congress to be questioned? Can’t he be subpoenaed. Wasn’t he part of the planning for security at this event? The security that failed terribly. He is not going to get off the hook that easily just because he is retiring.
