Shut DEI down for good. It is of no value in America. If you are not qualified no matter your color, your religion, your gender….you don’t get the job if you are a dumb-ass or have no skills for that job. You don’t get the job to maintain a quota or you can check all the boxes.

Yes! Get rid of this nonsense. I personally refuse to participate in any of this on my job. I actually boycott it at every turn. We are one race, the human race! Jobs should be obtained on merit period. I pray for the dismantling of these policies immediately as they have done nothing but cause more division and strife. These policies need abolished.
