Why & How did the chopper not see the plane? It looks like he flew straight for it.
Why did the control tower not tell veir off?
AND was the tower controller a DEI hire. He/she asked the chopper, do you see the plane? Then telling it to fly behind the plane??? OMG the jet wash behind the plane would be disastrous.
