There should be a law that if a criminal with a lengthy record is let go and commits another crime, especially if a prosecutor or DA, etc. advises against it, then that judge should be held responsible. This stuff is happening all to often, and these judges who think they are so superior, never face any consequences for their actions.

  2. These judges need to be reevaluated. They should be charged with neglect of duty. They should have to prove just how they arrived at their decisions. Anyone else would have to do that. Why not a judge?

  3. Disbar and fire her. She should be the example and maybe these rogue judges will think twice. She may never forget but she should be held accountable. If losing her job is her debt to society, so be it.
