  1. Some of us, just can’t go to sleep or stay asleep…you take the medical drugs and sleep as long as your body will stay under, which is generally between 4-6 hours….usually around 5. It has zero to do with any habits. My grandmother lived to be a few months shy of 100…and slept 4 hours a night for as long as I can remember.
