My understanding from listening to a couple other analyses is that the case has to be addressed again bec you would have to see which of the counts could be considered official acts of a President. Also, the instructions given to the jury were wrong. You have to look at each count and have agreement on it, not just a general verdict of I think he’s guilty no matter what. Of course, bec of pressure, that doesn’t mean Merchan won’t kowtow to pressure.
It will not happen , he can run from jail and still win.
