  1. At least it wasn’t a snake. Mice can get into aircraft wiring systems. Commerclal Aviation Carriers have special testing equipment and treatments that are done to fumigate and treat for pests. As I worked in Commercial Aviation, I remember one of our aircraft had some snakes that were being shipped to a lab and they got out of the cages into the aircraft cargo hold. That was a mess. We had no idea how many there were.
