I would forgive him as it was not done out of malice. It was clearly an unfortunate accident. I wouldn’t ruin the rest of his life because of an accident. Plus the victims family is for dropping all charges.
What a very sad situation. It brings to mind that saying about being all fun and games until someone gets hurt. In this case someone died. I do not believe for one second that this was done on purpose. These kids will carry this for the rest of their lives. They will be forever changed. The victim’s family wants charges to be dropped, that says a lot. Prayers for all🙏
