Um maybe they they woke up thinking um just because they are black does not make them smart people look at the VP Harris she was a DEI hire and she is laughable not qualified not Black and completely a stupid air head. Look at the secret service they hired DEI people and look what happened to President trump. So yea DEI is a very bad idea hire the qualified and you will be all right no mater of skin colour these democrats are messed up way messed up.

  2. DEI’s are nothing more than “Didn’t Earn It”. Only got it to check the boxes. Now coming back to bite them in the ass. Fire every single DEI hire. How about fire the SS DEI hire Cheatle. She is incompetent and useless. She should be dragged out by her ankles. She got the job because slutbag jill biden likes her. BULLSHIT. jill biden doesn’t run the country or the Secret Service.

  3. Affirmative action started all of this! Our postal service among other government agencies are run mostly by blacks. That’s not saying that blacks are incompetent but look at the mess those agencies are in! Hire competent people regardless of what they look like! Same with any business!! The reason your company might be failing could be that you hired the wrong people. Government should not be demanding you as a business owner hire based on skin color sex or if you have a college degree!! Hire the high school graduate who learned how to do the job and will work hard and probably far exceed your expectations!! Then raise their pay and you’ll have an employee for as long as your doors are open for business!! Maybe people will finally wake up and learn that !!! Great example is Dr. Ben Carson! And Kamala Harris!! Both have college degrees and both people of color one male one female. She’s as dumb as a box of rocks and he performed surgeries to save lives of conjoined twins as well as other surgeries! Brilliant man! Years ago one of my young daughters needed to see a urologist and her pediatrician said I know a very good doctor but I will understand if you decline and prefer someone else. I asked why and he said well he’s black. I said I don’t care if he’s purple if he’s an excellent doctor and you know he is the best get her an appointment! He was amazing! Zeroed in on the condition she had and prescribed treatment and we highly recommended him to others! People have got to stop giving preference toward those undeserving.

  4. If I own a company, I would hire the most qualified competent people. I wouldn’t care if the person is black, female, gay, or whatever. Just take a look at our current administration and the incompetencey from VP to Secret Service, to military and one can realize that DEI does not work.
