It is Lindsey Graham and several of his cohorts working behind and usurping Trump and Hegseth. All these recent “Mission Impossible” attacks have the hallmarks of the USA CIA’s Special Activities Division and the United Kingdom’s SAS. Ukraine is too f’d up to pull off these ops.
I think Lindsey is giving the green light to these orgs to ignore Trump and just execute.
