This individual needs to be locked up in a mental health facility for life. Our country really needs to bring back skilled mental health centers. Put them scattered thru out the states. Large facilities that can hold all of these people. They are a menace to society. This guy needs to never get out. EVER! The last judge that let him go should be sued by the victim. Knowingly releasing a threat to all citizens is a crime.

I keep saying, these judges need to be held responsible when they leave these crazy people out to commit awful crimes.
