What if they are not working? Is that what this is, a deductible? How does one get credit if they don’t have the means to get credit or a credit score kamala? How does one attain a good to excellent credit rating to get credit kamala? How does one afford mortgage insurance which a bank would require if they don’t have enough down payment kamala? What about people who are already struggling and have not gotten anything, yet you want to encourage new home ownership to people who have never owned a home and don’t have a decent job to pay for it.

To make sure white male home sellers don’t raise their sales price by $25,000, they must sell their homes $25,000 below market. These concepts are common in communist countries. In the former Soviet Union, if you weren’t a member of the communist party, you were a second class citizen without rights.

Back in the mid 2000’s there was a program to help first time homebuyers. The assistance had to be paid back over so many years. Meaning any tax refund you received the money would be deducted from your refund. Is this how this will work? Oh and it wasn’t anywhere near 25,000. One year after this program and all those who fell for it, those who got the help didn’t have to pay it back. So, millions got sucked in and paid their debt back, while the new batch got off scott free! Sound familiar?! Millions paid back back their student loans, now the new batch get out of paying! Do all those who paid their debt back get any compensation for doing the right thing? NO!!! FKH. Some of us can’t afford to pay for those who truly don’t deserve it!! FKH and FTW!!!
