As I understand it (thanks to Andrew Branca, Law of Self Defense podcast), under Article 2, the president is in charge of foreign affairs, NOT the Article 3 branch, the judiciary. To my mind, tariffs are part of foreign affairs. So if I’m correct, how can ANY judge (even the SCOTUS) rule on tariffs? 🤔

Agree 100%. Great question as these judges continue to fight our President to improve our country. But we will never get an answer.
