Yes they did I was in Bermuda at the time and I must say I loved it he brought in the national guard and they were the ones that acted as the air traffic controllers nothing was stopped Reagan gave them an option. You stop striking or you lose your job and that was the end of that they stopped striking. And it never happened again I remember it like it was yesterday. I don’t believe in unions I never did and I certainly don’t believe in striking we all work for a living at least most of us do and if we don’t like our employer we don’t go striking against them this to me is nonsense. Trump already proved his loyalty to the workers. The union delegates the union officials they’re the ones that fatten their pockets they don’t give it to the workers. They fit right in with the Democrats.
