In my estimation as a former Marine brat and a military marine wife , it was always my understanding that a military person was subject to the Military Code of Justice in that when they enlisted and signed their contract that they gave up ALL THEIR CIVILIAN RIGHTS. They become the sole property of the U S Government! Senator Kelley should be Court Martialed and deprived of all Benefits and Rank! Without strict adherence to this policy it would be impossible to maintain strict control over the military and would put all other military personnel in peril!
