A legal law abiding citizen with a firearm could have taken out the criminal and possibly spared others from being shot. An unarmed citizen does not have to be a victim the second Amendment gives legal American citizens 🇺🇸 the right to carry concealed firearm as long as they do not intend to use it to commit a Crime .
