  1. Does he have dual citizenship? Does Italy extradite? He may be book smart but he obviously has mental health issues.

  2. He may have come from an elite school but that won’t do him much good now. How did he get to this point. He needs to seek medical help, his mind is sick.

    • Too late for medical help, but I would bet he learn to hate to the point of having to kill someone in that elite private Baltimore school. Probably a liberal, you know how they like to kill people they don’t like.

  3. It is a very sad case. This young man could have had a good future. But sadly he has mental health issues, that ruined his life. Can’t kill, unless self defense, he clearly premeditated this killing. Prayers for both families🙏🙏in this case this young killer man was a computer wiz, I believe, too much time on the computer.

  4. Sounds to me like someone in his family had a medical problem and the insurance company wouldn’t pay. Maybe the person died. He’s not crazy, he specifically targeted that man.

  5. My God why didn’t he think before doing something like this. We all have had issues with certain companies & corporations but murder isn’t the answer. The CEO left 2 teenage boys who need their dad’s direction in life.
This Luigi Mangione is a good looking young man who could have gone places in life, he just buried his life at 26 yrs of age.

  6. His only hope now is to identify as a woman so he can be placed in a female prison instead of a male prison. Change his name to Klinger.

  7. Well, that McD’s employee should be $10K richer for his/her direction in helping to apprehend Mangione.

I don’t necessarily think it’s a – what do we call it now – oh, yeah, mental health issue as much as there was an underlying problem with maybe a close friend or family member who didn’t get the care/coverage that was expected from the insurance company.

He just ended his life at 26 with a very stupid decision. But, at this point, it’s best that he’s behind bars for a long time, if not forever.
