This means that residents have the lawful right to use force when faced with a reasonable fear of threatening behavior.. In such cases, there is no duty to retreat before inflicting force upon an assailant. If you plan to break in, bring a body bag and a toe ID tag. How about a wet mop also so I can mop up the blood.
