Today one of the two Democrat friends I still have informed me that “hate speech is extreme with the conservatives” – I can’t ask for examples, she’s my sons Godmother & we’ve been friends for almost 60 years, since high school. But I’m clueless of what she’s referring to.
Why don’t you ask for examples?

I chose you for many reasons to fill that void, if anything happened and you were put in charge of teaching him/them basic common sense and moral principles. So, please give factual evidence to support your accusations about the conservative party. And yes, you may use pictures and videos to support your argument. After giving truthful and accurate information, I will further reconsider my choice along with my own opinion of you.”
Make sure she understands, friendship and family is not enough to continue your relationship with her.
You CAN assume, she WILL, brainwash your children whenever she wants, to cultivate their mindset to align with hers.
Your children’s future depends on whom you trust with them.

Your son’s Godmother and a so called friend for 60 years, well you have a real problem if you can’t speak your mind. Nicely ask the question and speak intelligently, no need for harsh discussion if this is really a friend.

I understand the ties that bind. But, I can help you out here because I know people that have said the same thing. They are letting you know they consider you one of those people spewing hate speech. Their minds don’t roam outside their little boxed world they live in. They actually cannot listen to opposing views.
