  1. What is the incentive to stop committing crimes?!?! When there aren’t any repercussions for your actions….getting arrested just isn’t that scary anymore!!! Maybe he will sue them for enforcing the law finally….

  2. Libtard Loonie DemoncRATs have no shame 🤬 They always go with their “feelings” instead of common sense logic 🤬🤬 Hopefully this reprobate will. be spending major time this time 🤬🤬🤬

  3. Let me guess most cases were a victimless crime. Like theft( though there is a victim). I’m sorry after three times and you are constantly breaking laws even minor ones it is time for serious time . This is ridiculous and the people need to demand better!

  4. I think a law should be made that would hold the judges also responsible for these heinous crimes. If judges let a criminal go after a crime (not just petty theft stuff) the injured party should be allowed to sue or bring charges against the judge. Like the democrats always said ( until now of course) no one is above the law, so judges should hold some responsibility for the actions of these criminals.

    • The article states that Boose was originally charged with attempted murder, which means the victim DID survive. Not much information has been released about the victim, but the article has now been updated to explain that he was taken to the hospital in critical condition, and was recovering.
