I think a law should be made that would hold the judges also responsible for these heinous crimes. If judges let a criminal go after a crime (not just petty theft stuff) the injured party should be allowed to sue or bring charges against the judge. Like the democrats always said ( until now of course) no one is above the law, so judges should hold some responsibility for the actions of these criminals.
