From the New York Post: A veteran Wisconsin judge was arrested Friday for allegedly helping a Mexican illegal migrant evade ICE agents in her courtroom, the head of the FBI announced.
Judge Hannah Dugan, who has been on the Milwaukee County bench for nearly a decade, was nabbed on an obstruction charge after she was accused of interfering in Eduardo Flores Ruiz’s arrest last week.
“We believe Judge Dugan intentionally misdirected federal agents away from the subject to be arrested in her courthouse, Eduardo Flores Ruiz, allowing the subject — an illegal alien — to evade arrest,” FBI Director Kash Patel said in an X post.
“Thankfully our agents chased down the perp on foot and he’s been in custody since, but the Judge’s obstruction created increased danger to the public.”

According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinal, Eduardo Flores Ruiz, 30, appeared before Dugan for a pre-trial conference on April 18 at 8:30 a.m. on three misdemeanor counts of battery. He is accused of getting into a fight with a roommate and punching the person 30 times in the face. He then allegedly hit a woman who tried to break up the fight.
On the morning of April 18, ICE agents arrived at the courthouse and identified themselves to security, then went to the sixth floor, where Dugan’s courtroom is located.
They presented their warrant for Ruiz’s arrest, along with their own ID, and were asked to wait until the court hearing had concluded.
However, the report states that Dugan, a Democrat, took Ruiz and his attorney to a side door in the courtroom, directed them down a private hallway and into the public area on the 6th floor, effectively sneaking them past the ICE agents.
