Trump Burger, a politically themed fast-food chain founded by Lebanese immigrant Roland Beainy, is expanding across Texas.

Beainy, who moved to the U.S. in 2019, opened the first location in Bellville in 2020, driven by his admiration for former President Donald Trump and a belief in his economic policies. The restaurant features Trump-themed decor, including merchandise and slogans, aiming to create a unique dining experience for supporters.

The chain has since opened additional locations in Flatonia, Kemah, and Houston, with plans for further expansion in Bay City. The Kemah location includes a live music venue, while the Houston branch offers a drive-thru service. Beainy chose these locations based on customer demand, noting that patrons were willing to travel significant distances to visit the original Bellville restaurant.

Trump Burger’s menu features items such as the “Trump Burger,” an 8-ounce Angus beef patty topped with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and barbecue sauce, and the “Trump Tower,” a 16-ounce version of the same. Other offerings include the “First Lady Chicken Sandwich” and the satirical “$50.99 Harris Burger,” described as a 1-ounce beef patty topped with “old tomato” and “our oldest buns,” intended as a political joke.

While the chain has garnered support from Trump enthusiasts, it has also faced criticism from food critics and some members of the public. Despite this, Beainy remains committed to his concept, attributing negative feedback to political bias and emphasizing his right to express his views through his business.

Looking ahead, Beainy plans to continue expanding Trump Burger, with new locations in development. He maintains that the restaurant serves as a space for like-minded individuals to gather and share their support for the former president, blending fast food with political expression.
