Don’t say you weren’t warned. Kamala Harris has repeatedly pushed this concept.  Details you NEED TO KNOW below:

From Fox NewsThe Biden-Harris administration’s disaster relief agency is facing backlash after its unearthed emergency management blueprint went viral amid the destructive hurricane that recently ravaged the southern U.S.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) website lists a set of three goals as part of their strategic plan to “address key challenges” in emergency management. The number one goal listed in the agency’s priorities is to “instill equity as a foundation of emergency management.”

The second goal is “Lead Whole of Community in Climate Resilience” and the third goal is “Promote & Sustain a Ready FEMA & Prepared Nation.”

According to FEMA’s plan, “Diversity, equity, and inclusion cannot be optional.”

“This requires that FEMA’s leadership and workforce demonstrate an increased commitment to integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion in delivering the agency’s mission. FEMA must draw upon its staff’s diversity and range of experiences to consistently inform programming, policy, and decision-making,” the FEMA plan continued. “Through investment in diversity and inclusion efforts – including Employee Resource Groups and multicultural training – FEMA can increase its employees’ involvement and participation in cultivating a culture of inclusion.”

On the FEMA website, the section for Goal #1 – Equity, includes three main objectives:

  • Diverse Workforce: “The agency will continue to build a workforce that includes the many identities, races, ethnicities, backgrounds, abilities, ages, cultures, and beliefs of the people it serves. It will actively recruit individuals from underrepresented communities…. While this work starts with ensuring representation, it does not end there. FEMA must make space within its workplace to invite and elevate diverse voices, and to foster mutual understanding and respect for the perspectives and experiences brought by each employee.”
  • Remove Barriers to FEMA Programs Through a “People First” Approach: “A community’s history, culture, racial composition, and economic status influence its ability to access federal services. Operating through a people first approach requires that FEMA resources can be accessed and leveraged by underserved communities in ways that meet their needs.”
  • Achieve Equitable Outcomes for Those We Serve: “Underserved communities experience differences in how prepared they are to respond to disasters, how well their homes have been adapted to mitigate against local hazards, and how quickly their communities are able to resume social and economic life after a major event. FEMA must direct its resources to eliminate disparities in these outcomes.”

FLASHBACK: A video has resurfaced from two years ago, as Kamala Harris brazenly declared that “equity” should be considered when relief efforts are assigned, and claimed that “communities of color are most impacted by these extreme conditions.”

Harris pushed the theory that everyone should end up at the same place, but noted they don’t all start out at the same place, so resources should be given based on equity. “If we want people to be in the same place, we have to take into account those disparities,” she said with a grin.

Filmmaker and former congressional candidate Robby Starbuck shared a screenshot of the plan from the FEMA website on Monday and wrote, “I’m sure people who’ve lost loved ones, lost their homes and now see their town underwater feel really great knowing that FEMA’s #1 goal is to be woke. Everything about their terrible response makes sense now. What an embarrassment.”

Dr. Robert Malone wrote, “Our government is broken. Deanne Criswell, who heads FEMA wrote about her 2022-2026 FEMA Strategic Plan that the priority for FEMA is: “First, we must instill equity as a foundation of emergency management.” I heartily disagree – the first priority of FEMA should be emergency response management.”
