WHAT THE–?: Radio show host kneels, kisses, and worships at the feet of Rep. Jasmine Crockett

Stephanie Miller, a prominent progressive talk radio host and comedian known for her SiriusXM show “The Stephanie Miller Show,” recently shared photos of herself kissing the sneakers of Democratic Representative Jasmine Crockett from Texas.

Miller, the daughter of former Republican Congressman William E. Miller who was Barry Goldwater’s 1964 vice-presidential running mate, has built a career on liberal commentary, stand-up comedy, and criticizing conservative policies since launching her syndicated radio program in 2004.

The incident occurred during an in-person meeting, tied to Crockett’s future appearance on Miller’s Los Angeles-based show. In her post, Miller enthusiastically declared that she worships the ground Crockett walks on, describing the congresswoman as lovely and welcoming of the unconventional gesture. She even called Crockett the future senator of Texas.

Crockett, a civil rights attorney and progressive Democrat, has garnered attention for her fiery rhetoric over the past year. Crockett has called Trump a “wannabe Hitler” and blamed him for inciting political violence, claiming Republicans promote such acts.

In 2025, she sparked controversy by dubbing Texas Governor Greg Abbott “Governor Hot Wheels,” a remark criticized for its insensitivity, given his use of a wheelchair. Crockett’s style often includes alliterative insults, such as describing Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s appearance as a “bleach-blonde, bad-built, butch body” in a 2024 committee hearing.

Conservative outlets and social media users reacted with mockery, labeling Miller’s act as “cringe,” “pathetic,” and a perfect example of leftist cult behavior. Despite the backlash, Miller appeared unapologetic, proudly sharing the moment as an expression of admiration for Crockett.
