WATCH: Trump responds after liberals start wild conspiracy

President Donald Trump has responded that he is still very much alive after liberals descended into a social media frenzy over the weekend, speculating that he had died because he hadn’t made any public appearances in a few days.

The unfounded speculations started several wild hashtags trending, including “#WhereIsTrump” and “#TrumpIsDead.”

Last Tuesday, Trump hosted a three-hour Cabinet meeting, and he was active on social media daily. He sat down for a lengthy interview with the Daily Caller on Friday, and was also seen golfing over the weekend.

Nearly everyone took a longer-than-normal break over the holiday weekend. But liberals continued to spread the bizarre conspiracy.

During an event in the Oval Office Tuesday afternoon, Fox News correspondent Peter Doocy asked Trump about the viral claims on social media that he was dead.

Trump said he hadn’t seen it, but said he had heard people were talking about his health.

“I have heard, it’s sort of crazy, but last week I did numerous news conferences. All successful, they went very well, like this is going very well… and then I didn’t do any for two days and they said, ‘there must be something wrong with him’,” Trump said.

“Biden wouldn’t do them for months. You wouldn’t see him and nobody ever said there was ever anything wrong with him and we know he wasn’t in the greatest of shape,” Trump quipped.

“I was very active over the weekend,” Trump added.
