The Trump campaign has wasted no time in calling out Kamala Harris for her past comments after Israel announced Thursday that they have eliminated top Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar, the mastermind behind the deadly Oct. 7 terror attack in Israel last year.
According to multiple reports, Sinwar was killed by Israeli troops conducting a routine patrol near the southern Gaza city of Rafah. Fox News explained:
The soldiers had spotted suspected terrorists in Gaza and opened fire before the individuals fled into a building, according to the report. It added that a tank then fired a shell at the building, causing it to collapse.
When the soldiers went inside to examine the aftermath, they found three bodies – one of which ultimately has been identified as Sinwar.
However, Rafah was the very city where Kamala Harris had insisted the Israeli military should not go in their war against Hamas.
The Trump campaign posted a video on social media, pointing out that if Israel had followed Harris’ advice, Sinwar would not have been killed.
“Yahya Sinwar — the Hamas leader responsible for the worst attack on Jews since the Holocaust — was killed by Israeli forces today in Rafah. In March, Kamala said an Israeli offensive in Rafah would be a “huge mistake” because she “studied the maps,”” the Trump War Room wrote.

Many others are also blasting Harris over her past remarks.
Terrorism researcher Khaled Hassan also pointed out that Sinwar was killed in Rafah – the city where Americans, including Kamala Harris, had declared Israel should not go:
Where was Sinwar killed? Rafah. Yes, it’s where the Americans, Egyptians, British, French……and the beautiful, brilliant Kamala Harris said Israel shouldn’t go because “she studied the maps”.
We said Israel needs to take Rafah. Israeli officials/experts said they need to take Rafah. The choice is, and always has been clear, believe us or spineless, inept politicians who would probably do nothing for you if you were kidnapped/killed by terrorists.

Sen. John Barrasso (R-Wy.) wrote, “The Biden-Harris Administration scolded Israel for going into Rafah. Today in Rafah, Israel eliminated the leader of Hamas who orchestrated the October 7 attacks. America must fully back Israel’s mission to bring the hostages home and destroy Hamas.”

“Yahya Sinwar is dead. Found in the place Kamala Harris told IDF troops not to go. Crazy how that works,” quipped ACT! for America founder Brigitte Gabriel.

Sinwar was eliminated in Rafah.
Kamala Harris, Joe Biden and the entire Democrat establishment threatened Israel to not enter Rafah.
Why? To pander to angry muslim voters in Michigan during an election year.
Thank you Bibi for ignoring them. pic.twitter.com/33zz70bXuY
