During an Oval Office press briefing with President Donald Trump and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Tuesday morning, an ABC News reporter asked a number of highly controversial questions, and it didn’t end so well for her.
ABC News correspondent Mary Bruce first asked Trump, “Is it appropriate for your family to be doing business in Saudi Arabia while you’re president? Is that a conflict of interest?”
She then pivoted to the Crown Prince and viciously snapped, “The US intelligence concluded that you orchestrated the brutal murder of a journalist… 9/11 families are furious that you are in the Oval Office.”
Bruce was referring to the 2018 death of Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi.
Trump responded to the question about his family’s business, then slammed Bruce for embarrassing his guest by her question.
The Crown Prince then spoke up and addressed the issue himself.
Watch below:
President Trump said Tuesday that Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, known as MBS, “knew nothing” about the 2018 murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi, despite a 2021 intelligence report finding bin Salman ordered the killing.

However, Bruce wasn’t finished. Minutes later, she decided it was a good time to ask a question about the newly-released documents on the late convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
“Why wait for Congress to release the Epstein files? Why not just do it now?” she asked the president.
That’s when Trump chewed her up and spit her out in a brutal 3-minute rebuke.
“It’s not the question I mind, it’s your attitude,” Trump told Bruce. “I think you are a terrible reporter. It’s the way you asked… You’re a terrible person and a terrible reporter.”
He said ABC News should have their license revoked, and suggested that Federal Communications Commission chairman Brendan Carr should take a look at it.
“Because when you come in and you’re 97 percent negative to Trump and Trump wins the election by a landslide, that means obviously your news is not credible. And you’re not credible as a reporter,” Trump fumed.
“Your crappy company is one of the perpetrators. And I’ll tell you something … I think the license should be taken away from ABC. Because your news is so fake and so wrong,” the president declared to Bruce.
“I have nothing to do with Jeffrey Epstein. I threw him out of my club many years ago because I thought he was a sick pervert — I guess I turned out to be right,” Trump said. He then demanded why the media isn’t talking about Epstein’s connections to Bill Clinton, Reid Hoffman and other Democrats.
“The way you asked a question with the anger and the meanness is terrible. You ought to go back and learn how to be a reporter. No more questions from you,” Trump snapped.
