A Pennsylvania GOP State Committeewoman and RNC Delegate just announced Monday that she was arrested for encouraging people to stay in line and vote at a courthouse in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.

According to a witness, the incident happened around 2:00 pm on Monday.

Val Biancaniello announced in a post on X, “I was just taken away in handcuffs at the Delaware County, PA Government Center for encouraging people to stay in line and vote.”

In a second post, she added, “Stay in line and #Vote! They arrested me and I didn’t break any laws. I encouraged people to stay in line and vote because the Democrats were discouraging voters from in person voting today in Delaware County. In fact, the election worker told people in line to go to the Chester Heights satellite office because the line was shorter there. Do you know what happened when they got to the Chester Heights office to vote in person? They were told that they ran out of mib applications. This is voter suppression in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. I did nothing wrong except encourage people to stay in line and vote. So they arrested me. VOTE!”

RNC Chair Michael Whatley shared a video of the incident on social media, and wrote, “A supporter of President Trump’s was arrested today for encouraging people to stay in the early voting line and cast their ballots freely in Pennsylvania.”

“This follows reports from across the commonwealth that voters are being turned away in conservative areas. This is voter suppression from the left. Do not let them turn you away. GO VOTE!” he added.

X user @cassandras22 shared another video showing police slapping handcuffs on Biancaniello and marching her away.

Cassandra was shouting, “Let her stay! Let her stay!”

Another voter who witnessed the incident posted on X, “I was here. The county employee had a very negative tone and was so negative about the line he made at least 10 people waiting in line with me leave. Val was very nice and reassuring to people saying “don’t let them convince u to leave.” I said, “Don’t worry. I got all day.””

“Myself and everyone around were shocked. There was some old weasel man who said “she is telling people how to vote.” Val was absolutely not doing that.”

Biancaniello replied, “Thank you. I was accused pf helping people fill out their mib, which I never did and then they said “well you misrepresenting yourself as a county worker, which is completely false. I told anyone who asked that I am a PAGOP State Committeewoman and Delegate to the RNC. They then arrested me on “disorderly conduct” which is also completely false.”

“Why would people leave?” one person asked.

“Because the Democrats have one election board worker working the 2 HOUR (largely Republicans!) line. There is one county election worker who periodically comes out to speak with the people in line and tells them they can go to other locations to vote, but in fact when those people go to the Chester Heights location, they are being told. They are “all out” of mail in ballot applications!” Biancaniello responded.

In another post, Biancaniello explained, “A county board of election worker was encouraging people in line to vote at the Chester Heights satellite location. A young woman left the line at the Government Center and drove to the Chester Heights satellite location only to be told “we are out of mail in ballot applications.” They can literally print more out! This is voter suppression. Imagine if this was happening to Democrat voters!”

“Imagine if this happened to a Democrat! 🤯,” she wrote, adding, “Everyone needs to vote or you too will be arrested!”

Another person who witnessed the shocking incident chimed in, writing, “I was there! Val was being so helpful and was not influencing for a candidate AT ALL! The election worker was also misleading voters by telling us that we should only stay in line if we had a pressing reason to need an early ballot (not true in PA!!).”

Scott Presler, a Republican activist who has worked hard the past four years to get more people registered to vote, wrote, “Thank you for encouraging people to stay in line. May this inspire a league of conservatives to vote tomorrow & on Tuesday. We will be heard.”

“Thank you, Scott. Election bureau worker also told people in line “you should have a pressing reason to be in this line to vote.” That is blatantly FALSE and why it is called “no excuse mail in voting,”” Biancaniello replied.

“So what was the charge?” one X user asked.

Biancaniello answered, “Well, since they had nothing and I mean, nothing, they ended up citing me for disorderly conduct, which is also a lie, and I have witnesses, and I will fight that.”

“Election bureau workers telling anyone in line that they “should only be in this line for a pressing reason” is a FALSE statement and blatant voter suppression! VOTE! Do not let anyone intimidate you or discourage you from voting!” Biancaniello warned.

Just last week, the Biden-Harris Justice Department released an announcement with a veiled threat against anyone who might dare question an election official.
