From Breitbart: Several moderate Republicans reportedly voiced opposition to defunding Planned Parenthood in a reconciliation package during a closed-door meeting with House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) and House Majority Leader Steve Scalise (R-LA) on Tuesday, NOTUS reported, citing sources familiar with the matter.
Many Republicans and pro-life groups have been pushing the GOP to use budget reconciliation to cut Medicaid funds to Planned Parenthood, which performs abortions and provides other services. While the Hyde Amendment bars taxpayer funds from paying specifically for abortions, opponents are against providing any funding to a group that performs abortions.
One source told the outlet that Reps. Mike Lawler (R-NY), Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA), and Jen Kiggans (R-VA) are among the moderate Republicans who told House leadership they are opposed to cutting federal funding to the abortion giant in a reconciliation bill.
Johnson told NOTUS while leaving his office that discussion about defunding Planned Parenthood “was not on our agenda.” Johnson notably said at a gala last week for Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America that the reconciliation bill “is going to redirect funds away from big abortion.”

Meanwhile, a pro-life organization, Live Action, is pushing hard for government funding to END for Planned Parenthood.
Live Action just dropped a chilling new video this week, as one of their investigators made phone calls to Planned Parenthood clinics in multiple states, while posing as a 16-year-old girl, as she was trying to learn how easy it would be for a minor to obtain life-altering hormone treatments.
The video is chilling, as officials at the clinics assured her she would qualify for transgender hormone treatments, even at 16 years old, said she doesn’t even need therapy in advance, said her mother did not need to be in the exam room when she spoke with a doctor, and even offered to let her do the appointment virtually, without ever seeing a doctor in person.

Live Action president Lila Rose explained in a Fox News interview that the transgender industry is a huge money-maker for Planned Parenthood, as once they start a teenager or young person on puberty blockers and life-altering hormones, they know they have a new patient for life.
“This is their new cash cow,” Rose said.

Rose posted a new video Thursday morning with a plea to President Trump and Republicans to DEFUND Planned Parenthood.
In the video, she revealed that over 1,000 babies are being killed in America every day, through abortions.
Planned Parenthood is reportedly raking in over $700 million in federal funds annually, while performing over 400,000 abortions. Over a ten-year period, that equates to 4 million abortions, while receiving over $6.5 billion from American taxpayers.
