Most celebrities typically steer clear of making any public comments against Muslims, even regarding Islamic terror attacks, but Australian actor Daniel Lissing, who is a popular actor in a number of Hallmark movies, is speaking out, loud and clear, and he’s not afraid to say the words, “Islamic terrorist attack.”

The December 14, 2025 terror attack at Bondi Beach in Sydney, Australia is considered the deadliest terror attack and the second-deadliest mass shooting in modern Australian history.

Two Muslim terrorists, Sajid Akram, 50, and Naveed Akram, 24, a father and son duo, opened fire on a crowd of people celebrating a Jewish holiday on the beach, killing 15 people, including a 10 year old child, and wounding 40 others.

The father/son team had reportedly been planning the deadly attack for months, and had practiced up on their shooting skills just weeks before. Naveed Adkram has now been charged with murder, and his father was shot dead by police at the scene.

Daniel Lissing, 44, is an Australian actor who now also holds U.S. citizenship. He is best known for his role as Jack Thornton in When Calls the Heart (2014–2018), and has starred in a number of other movies, as well as multiple Hallmark films. Lissing is Jewish, and had previously explained last year that his grandparents were Holocaust survivors, and 82 members of his family were gassed to death at Auschwitz.

On December 15 – one day after the Bondi Beach terror attack, Lissing posted a video on social media, voicing his fury that this was ever allowed to happen.

He explained that he grew up near Bondi Beach and is very familiar with the area. He said his cousin had just left the beach with his two small children just minutes before the shooting.

“This is what ‘Globalize the Intifada’ leads to,” he angrily declared. “This is what ‘The River to the Sea’ looks like.”

“This is what happens when Australian government allows protesters to wave terrorist flags… this is what happens when we do nothing to fight anti-Semitism, when we’ve got the Muslim community chanting ‘gas the Jews.’ And our Australian government… shame on you… you did nothing, and this is where it lead,” Lissing said.

He called for people to stand up and speak out publicly against Islamic terror.  WATCH the powerful and emotional video below:

Lissing posted a new video on Saturday, expressing his gratitude for the response he has received to his first video two weeks ago.

He also warned that Islamic extremism is a real problem, and voiced his fears that this won’t be the last attack.

Below is a video Lissing posted in January 2024, as he shared footage from when he and his wife visited Auschwitz in Poland, and he explained that 82 of his family members were gassed to death there during the Holocaust.

Meanwhile, U.S. Rep. Randy Fine (R-Fla.) shared a video of Muslims in Australia just days after the Bondi Beach attack, and wrote, “Australia has already been conquered by mainstream Muslims. America is next if we don’t wake up. It’s time to deport all the Muslim terrorists and ban Sharia Law.”
