1 – Official at U.S. Treasury admits many staffers ‘don’t do their jobs’
Investigative journalist James O’Keefe released a new undercover video Wednesday, exposing Nathaniel Johnson, a ‘policy advisor’ at the U.S. Treasury, who admitted he know career employees who have been working for the government for around 40 years who don’t do their jobs, but are digging in their heels and refusing to accept President Trump’s early buyout offer.

O’Keefe released the video, along with the following commentary:

“There’s a class of people in this country who care more about the money than they do about the country,” says Nathaniel Johnson, Policy Advisor for the U.S. Department of Treasury (@USTreasury), to an undercover OMG journalist.

Johnson claims Musk’s push for Department of Government Efficiency (@DOGE)-driven mass layoffs is greed, insisting, “He’s showing what he really cares about is money. So, in theory, all he wants is more money.” Yet, despite his claims, Johnson admits that many Treasury employees deserve to be fired, conceding that Musk is targeting those “who don’t do their jobs.” He even confesses, “I know a few of them,” elaborating, “There are people that I know who’ve been working for the government for, like, 40 years. And they don’t do much.”

Beyond layoffs, Johnson exposes a culture of defiance inside the Treasury, admitting, “No one’s quitting because everyone’s dug in their feet,” revealing that many officials refuse to leave voluntarily.

He also argues that DOGE should not have access to Treasury systems, citing vague “risks” to national security. “No one knows what they [DOGE] want to do with the system,” Johnson claims. He alleges that Musk “probably shouldn’t have access” to sensitive files. Johnson speculates that information could be given “to someone who they shouldn’t be giving it to… or they could give it to a foreign country.”

OMG reached out to Johnson for comment, but he firmly responded, “I’m going to have to decline to be named.” Despite our efforts to encourage him to speak on the record, he maintained his position. In response, James O’Keefe stated, “I am going to do this story, with or without your permission.” Johnson ultimately ended the conversation without providing further comment.

O’Keefe then followed up with Johnson, who started running backwards, and begged O’Keefe not to use his name.  O’Keefe tried to get him to come forward as a whistleblower, but Johnson declared he wasn’t going to answer any questions.

2 – GOP Rep to Introduce Articles of Impeachment Against Judge Paul Engelmayer, who is Blocking DOGE Audit of Treasury Payments
From Breitbart: Rep. Eli Crane (R-AZ) will introduce articles of impeachment against a federal judge who is trying to prevent the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) from accessing Treasury Department payment systems to cut waste, fraud, and abuse, the congressman confirmed to Breitbart News.

Southern District of New York Judge Paul Engelmayer, an Obama appointee, issued a temporary restraining order on Sunday against DOGE accessing the payment systems, claiming DOGE had no authority to access it. His order was in response to a lawsuit filed by 19 left-leaning state attorneys general.

“A corrupt judge protecting corruption,” DOGE director Elon Musk responded on X. “He needs to be impeached NOW!”

Only Congress can impeach a federal judge when it finds the judge committed wrongdoing.

Rep. Crane posted a video on Thursday and announced, “Last night, I joined @mattgaetz to discuss articles of impeachment filed against partisan judges by @Rep_Clyde and myself. We also reviewed the current state of the reconciliation process. @POTUS is dismantling the administrative state, and Congress needs to back him up.”

3 – Another Republican Rep is filing impeachment articles against Judge John McConnell, Jr., who blocked Trump federal funding freeze

Rep. Andrew Clyde (R-Ga.) announced Thursday, “I’m drafting articles of impeachment for U.S. District Judge John McConnell Jr. He’s a partisan activist weaponizing our judicial system to stop President Trump’s funding freeze on woke and wasteful government spending. We must end this abusive overreach. Stay tuned.”
