From Fox News: Former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley’s son Nalin Haley on Monday accused Republicans of failing to acknowledge disillusioned Gen Z voters’ struggles with unemployment and affordability.
“The first step our leaders need to do is admit that we have a problem. And right now I haven’t heard any Republican leaders talk about the issues that young people are facing,” Haley told “Fox & Friends.”
“Congress has been nothing more than a glorified nursing home. They either don’t know the problems that we’re facing or they’re ignoring them. And to be honest, I don’t know which one’s worse.”
The Gen Z conservative activist lamented that the jobs and housing markets are failing young Americans who did everything as expected – going to college and graduating from prestigious schools – only to discover that building their lives beyond college has become a challenge.
Haley told Fox & Friends host Lawrence Jones, “One-third of recent college graduates are unemployed. My friend group all graduated with great degrees in great schools, and not one of them has a job – not one. So it’s frustrating because they did everything that they were supposed to do. They put in the time, the effort, the money to get educated, and they don’t have a job to show for it. They have to compete with foreign workers who are willing to work for half their salary and AI, which is a supercomputer, so how can we compete with that?”
He called for H-1B visas to be banned, and added, “I think that we need to stop subsidizing illegal immigrants for housing and instead maybe look into subsidizing Americans for first-time homebuyers for housing, and not allow corporations in the Chinese Communist Party to buy entire neighborhoods of single-family homes.”

Haley has been speaking out to multiple media outlets recently, voicing his concerns, and then clarifying his positions on social media.
In one post on Nov. 28 he wrote, “This isn’t about me, I have a good job. This is about my friends and all those in my generation who worked hard to get their degrees in Business, Comp Sci, and Engineering and can’t get jobs cuz they have to compete with foreigners working for half their paycheck and a literal fucking super computer (AI).”
In another post Monday morning, he corrected misreporting by the New York Post, and wrote, “I never said I was the voice of GenZ. It was never my intention to get any platform and it still isn’t. You’re not gonna see me starting some podcast, YouTube channel, streaming service, or any form of monetization. I’ve avoided media my whole life and still decline 95% of requests.”
“I don’t care about that stuff. I have a life. I am only speaking out because I am sickened by the destruction of my country and the disrespect towards my fellow Americans, particularly those in my generation.”

Haley also recently appeared on the Tucker Carlson show. Reposting a clip from his interview, he voiced his support for the following:
* Prohibit naturalized citizens from holding office
* End dual citizenship
* Limit the amount of foreign students in our universities
* Prohibit Americans from serving in foreign militaries
