From Breitbart: A video from 11 days before Alex Pretti was shot and killed in a confrontation with federal agents shows him yelling “f**k you” at agents and daring them to “assault” him.
In the video Pretti can allegedly be heard calling the agents “f**king trash.” He also appeared to spit at an agent as the agent got into a vehicle, then kicked at the vehicle.
The video clip shows another angle of the same footage that surfaced earlier on Wednesday, as Pretti was seen violently kicking out the taillight on the federal agents’ vehicle.
In this video, Pretti, who Democrats have upheld as an upstanding citizen, is heard shouting, “AssauIt me, motherf**ker!!!”

Fox News reporter Matt Finn was one of those who posted the earlier footage on Wednesday. He wrote:
Fox confirms the @thenewsmovement video that appears to show Alex Pretti spitting towards ICE agents, kicking and busting out a tail light on an official car and being tackled on January 13th, more than a week before he was shot and killed on Jan 24th.
A family attorney tells Fox: “A week before Alex was gunned down in the street – despite posing no threat to anyone – he was violently assaulted by a group of ICE agents. Nothing that happened a full week before could possibly have justified Alex’s killing at the hands of ICE on Jan 24.” – Pretti family attorney Steve Sleicher.
A DHS source on the ground tells me: Pretti’s gun appears visible. If so, it’s a felony to have a firearm in the commission of another crime, which would be destruction of property or assault.
